But beyond titles and experience, I am a creative who sees potential in ideas, systems, and especially in people. I believe in progress that feels human, in growth that comes from compassion, and in the kind of small moments that leave a lasting mark.
The Hello Affect is what happens when you spend a decade learning what people actually need — and decide to build something around it.

Someone said something to me in the simplest way — about making a kid feel special.
You have no idea what someone is going through, and a simple hello can make their day.
It connected with me in ways I did not fully understand at the time. From then on, I made a point to say hello — child, adult, stranger, regular. I learned names. I trained new hires with the same line: Always say hello. You never know.
It took five years, a few bad relationships, new states, new boundaries, and a few diagnoses I did not ask for, before I realized why those words hit so hard.
I was that person. The one who needed a hello.
The Hello Affect is for the version of me who did not know yet — and for anyone reading this who is her right now.
